Transportation for DiscoverGranada Trips

Are you planning on coming to any of our DiscoverGranada excursions and coming from Granada? If you are coming from any other nearby city, please let us know via email: info@discovergranada and we will assist you in getting to Sevilla. There are two options:

• If enough people come from Granada, we offer our own bus.  So please, before you purchase your bus ticket to Sevilla, please email us or call us and find out if there will be a bus from Granada. Tell your friends about the trips so that you don´t have to worry about anything more than showing up on time.

• In the case that we do not have enough people to offer our own bus, you will have to secure your own transportation. Below you will find the information of the time table for the buses and trains that go to/from Sevilla & Granada!

Booking Your Own Transportation

The easiest way to get from Granada to Sevilla is by bus. The bus company that offers a route between Granada and Sevilla is called ALSA. This company has buses leaving at various times throughout the day for a decent price of 19,30€ (one way) and 34,85€ (roundtrip) Book your bus ticket  at: www.Alsa.es

A second option to travel from Granada to Sevilla is by train. The train company is called Renfe. The travel time is almost the same, and you get the experience of riding on a train across the country, rather than on a large bus. The price is only slightly more to ride the train as well, at 24,10€ each direction. Book your train ticket at: http://www.renfe.com/index.html

Please ensure that you arrive on time as our buses for DG excursions depart at the following times:

-          Lagos-Portugal Beach Weekend Trip

Our buses depart Sevilla for Lagos at 10:00 AM on Fridays

Our buses arrive back into Sevilla at 9:45 PM on Sundays (depending on traffic)

(Please be at the bus meeting point at least 30 minutes prior to departure)

-           North Morocco Weekend Trip

On February 24th-26th: Our buses depart Sevilla for Morocco at 1:00 PM on the Friday;
On March 16th-18th: Our buses depart Sevilla for Morocco at 3:00 PM on the Friday.

Our buses arrive back into Sevilla around Midnight on Sundays (depending on ferry schedule & traffic)

-           Sahara Desert & Morocco Adventure

Our buses depart Sevilla at 5:00 AM on departure date

Our buses arrive back into Sevilla around Midnight on return date (depending on ferry schedule & traffic)
