• What is DiscoverGranada?
DiscoverGranada is an organization designed towards guiding travelers safely through their experience abroad. Whether organizing expeditions, or answering general questions, our goal is to ensure that your time in Spain goes smoothly and enjoyably. No request is too unusual for us to spend time helping with.

• Why would I travel with DiscoverGranada instead of going by myself?
DiscoverGranada takes travelers to select locations within certain destinations that are only made possible by a unique knowledge of the local area. Traveling by yourself is fantastic but often involves a certain amount of stress planning and physically traveling. Booking through DiscoverGranada, we take the stress out of your journey by handling everything from buses, hotel stays, beach taxis, and much more. Any special requests? No problem!

• What does DiscoverGranada specialize in?
DiscoverGranada specializes in weekend student get-a-ways in which we travel with you to a select destination: Lagos-Portugal & Morocco, showing off the best parts your destination has to offer. Generally, you travel with a group of students like yourself from different programs; a great opportunity to meet some new people! For a list of the locations we have currently planned trips to, please check out our Excursions section. If the location you wish to visit is not listed, suggest it to us!

• Does DiscoverGranada have an office? What time is it open until?
We have a sweet office located right by the Cathedral in Sevilla. If you are located in Granada or some where else and you would like to talk to us personally/directly, please feel free to call us ( +34 954 22 66 42 ) or email us. Our office is opened from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM, with No siesta break Monday through Friday. You are more than welcome to stop by if you are in town!

• If I do not live or study in Granada, can I still go on DiscoverGranada excursions?
Yes you can! Students and Travelers from all parts of Europe travel with us to Morocco and Portugal. Come with us for the trip of a life time! Check out our videos on our website to see what the trips are like.

• Me and my friends would like to go on some of the DiscoverGranada excursions, but the dates of your trips does not match our preferable weekends, could you organize a trip for just for us?

Yes we can! Just send us an email with the number of people and where to (Lagos, Portugal or Morocco) and we can organize a trip for you. If your group meets the minimum count our friendly, fun and knowledgeable travel guides will be happy to accompany your group on your trip. The minimum count for us to go with you and your friends is 19 people and the buses always leave from Sevilla. If your group does not meet our minimum count we can still set up your transportation, hotel stay and plan your excursions.

• Is it secure to book online?
Yes. We utilize custom-designed, professional software to ensure the privacy of your purchase. If you do not feel comfortable booking online, you are welcome to book in-person in our office or over the phone.

• Will my card be charged immediately if I choose to book online?
Not instantly. We will charge your card after we have determined availability of space left on our trip. The charge will generally be made quickly and securely within a few hours of your decision to book online.

• I booked a DiscoverGranada excursion online two days ago and I still haven’t received a confirmation email from you, what shall I do?

We normally send an email with the confirmation for your trip in no more than 48h, excluding the weekend. Please contact us if after two days of making your reservation you still haven’t heard from us.
