“Do not book with them unless you can guarantee your flight will not be delayed! Yes , impossible right! But they actually expect for you to guarantee the actual time of your plane arrival. On the day we were scheduled to come in from US, I made them aware by writing several hours prior while we were in the Immigration line getting into Madrid that we may lose our connection due to only 2/ 24 immigration ports being open. I updated them that there would be delayed . We ended up missing our connection and have to rent a car for over $400 to drive from Madrid to Granada!! On…”
