“We usually book private tours, and this one was one of the best we have ever had. Our guide was Alberto R. born and raised in Granada, so in addition to many historical details we also enjoyed in Alberto's personal commentaries on Granada's traditions and historical events. Alberto was very knowledgable but also entertaining and personable. While Granada is very beautiful on its own, Alberto's stories made this tour memorable.”

“The tour was wonderful. We completely forgot our tour started at 10am but both GETYOURGUIDE and the Topsegway went out of their to get us our own guide and just shortened the tour by 1 hour. (we were 1 hour late). Our guide was Kaell. He was so gracious and knowledgeable, easy to understand and made the tour fun. I highly recommend Segway city tours. Not fatiguing and easy. you can see a lot. Granada has a lot of hills which is tiresome foot and bikes. Fun fun fun!!!”

“I highly recommend this tour but, more specifically, you need to ask for Ruth. Everywhere I travel I hire a tour guide; and Ruth was, hands down, the best tour guide I've ever had. She has a gift for making history come alive plus she has a rare gift of being a gentle extrovert. She knows when to chat and when to be friendly, but she also can tell when to give the people on her tour time to reflect. We started outside the hotel called The Parador and she took us everywhere! We paused outside Charles V palace and the tales she told about him where hilarious but always…”

“Do not book with them unless you can guarantee your flight will not be delayed! Yes , impossible right! But they actually expect for you to guarantee the actual time of your plane arrival. On the day we were scheduled to come in from US, I made them aware by writing several hours prior while we were in the Immigration line getting into Madrid that we may lose our connection due to only 2/ 24 immigration ports being open. I updated them that there would be delayed . We ended up missing our connection and have to rent a car for over $400 to drive from Madrid to Granada!! On…”
